POLICY: By buying your ticket you acknowledge and agree to the following and above and below terms. You will be added to the roster. No printing of class is required. You may show Your confirmation receipt from email if applicable.
* We will begin / end promptly. As a courtesy to others please arrive 10- minutes prior. Late arrivals will miss important class instruction and should not expect individual "catch up" instruction from the instructor or assistant. There will be no extension of class time for late arrivals.
There are No Sit- Ins ( watching during a party) : only painters/crafters/students who book a seat(s) are able to stay during parties, classes and workshops, no last minute Drop-Ins for any painting party or classes. A store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 48 hour notice. No store credit will be given for those canceling with less than 48-hour notice. "NO SHOWS" with no notification will not be issued store credit.
WE HAVE A CREDIT-ONLY POLICY. Credits are good for 6 months from the date of cancellation.
