Kids Paint Party Deposit and Seat Reservation

Thank you for your interest in having a private paint party with House of Zina.
We have an art studio called A Purple Notion located in Cedar Hill, Texas at 201 N. Main St. in the historic district of Downtown Cedar Hill.
We do offer private in home parties (we do not bring tables and chairs, and the price stays the same to cover loading fees and transportation fees). I also have a second location I offer parties at called the Museum of International Cultures in Duncanville for larger groups of 30 or more.

If you have it at one of my facilities, tables and chairs are included.
I do require a $50 non-refundable deposit for kids parties and a $70 non-refundable deposit for adult parties to secure the date, but this deposit also represents payment for two pf your guests as well in the event your event does continue as planned without cancellation.
Prices are:
~ $35 per person for adult parties (preferably 10 people minimum, no less than 6)
~ $70 non-refundable deposit for adult parties, also to be used as reservation or 1 adult.
~$25 per person for kid parties and I provide: (10 minimum)
~$50 non-refundable deposit for kids parties, also to be used as payment for 1 child reservation.
- a pre-drawn 16x20 canvas for adult parties
~ a pre-drawn 12x12 canvas for youth parties
- an apron for use during party
- an easel for use during party
- paint and paint brushes
- Prizes for social media games we play and other games
~ We will create an active link on our site for you and your guests to use to make payments. This link is designated only for you and your clients to use and will have the accompanying photo on the link of the painting.
* All kids and their behavior must be monitored at all times by parents present as they are painting and during the break sessions.
* We do not have additional entertainment options available for kids who are not painting to keep them busy for 2-3 hours, so we only allow paid participants to participate and be on the premises.
*Kids are not allowed to walk around unsupervised throughout the museum.

DEADLINE TO BOOK (48 hours in advance)
We will begin / end promptly. As a courtesy to others please arrive 10- minutes prior. Late arrivals will miss important class instruction and should not expect individual "catch up" instruction from the instructor or assistant. There will be no extension of class time for late arrivals. There is no sharing of canvas or No Sit- Ins ( watching during a party) : only painters who book a seat(s) are able to stay during parties) no last minute Drop-Ins for any painting party. A store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 48 hour notice. No store credit will be given for those canceling with less than 48-hour notice. "NO SHOWS" with no notification will not be issued store credit. With 24 hours notice we will issue a Store Credit.

A Purple Notion is a subsidiary of House of Zina. Online booked guests only allowed.
House of Zina, Zina Martin and A Purple Notion will not issue refunds.
POLICY: By buying your ticket you acknowledge and agree to the following and above terms. You will be added to the roster. No printing of class is required. You may show Your confirmation receipt from email if applicable.
